IntelBroker, a notorious threat actor, claims to have leaked a database from Cognizant’s Open Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) system. Cognizant, a global provider of information technology, operations and technology consulting, infrastructure, and business process services, is now at the center of this significant data breach.
