According to a post on a dark web forum, a threat actor under the moniker Sorb is allegedly selling a database of Brazil’s Long Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS). This fund, established to safeguard workers who are terminated without cause, requires employers to deposit a percentage of employees’ salaries into accounts managed by CAIXA.

According to the threat actor’s claim, the database in question comprises over 39 million entries. These records reportedly include sensitive personal information such as full names, phone numbers, document numbers, dates of birth, and addresses.

The forum post specifies that the database is available for purchase at a price of $1,800. It is offered in a single CSV table format, with a sample JSON provided for verification. For those interested in acquiring the data, the seller has provided contact details via private message on Telegram. The threat actor also accepts a middleman for the deal.
