A threat actor under the moniker Hikki-Chan has publicly disclosed an alleged data breach involving the Israeli Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs. The alleged dataset, which has been made available for download on a dark web forum, contains over 457,000 records of sensitive personal information.
The leaked data encompasses a range of personal identifiers including full names, birth details, identification numbers, and other sensitive records. The dataset, with a size of approximately 51.6 MB, is reported to include critical fields such as KavID, ID, PPNO, and various familial and demographic details like Father Name, Mother Name, Grandfather Name, Last Name, RegNum, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, and Gender.
