A large-scale data breach allegedly affecting DATASUS (Brazil’s Unified Health System) and DETRAN (Brazil’s Department of Transit) has surfaced. This breach reportedly exposes over 185 million records from DATASUS and 104 million records from DETRAN, containing personal details like CPF numbers, addresses, and vehicle registration information.
The compromised data is announced to include:
- Full names, CPF, and contact details from DATASUS
- Vehicle information, including chassis numbers and registration details from DETRAN
