In a post published on their Telegram channel, a threat actor claimed responsibility for disabling the website of the Presidency of State Security (PSS) in Saudi Arabia. The PSS is a critical agency in the Kingdom, tasked with intelligence and security operations, including counterterrorism efforts. According to the post, the attack serves as a warning to Saudi authorities.

The threat actor directly addressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), stating, “I am not like others. I will group you with Israel, America, Egypt, and all those who adopt a policy of indifference towards the Palestinian cause in one attack. Consider this a simple warning.” The message hints at broader political motives, referencing the actor’s dissatisfaction with various nations’ stances on the Palestinian issue.

A link to the PSS website, followed by a reference to a third-party uptime check service, appeared in the post.

In a more severe follow-up, the threat actor warned, “Any further threat or attack from Saudi Arabia will be considered a declaration of war,” marking an escalation in the rhetoric surrounding the incident.
