Mr. Hamza claims responsibility for cyberattacks against key Saudi institutions, including the General Intelligence Presidency, the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection, and the General Authority of Zakat and Income. He stated that these attacks served as a final warning, with more severe assaults avoided due to the “intercession of friends.”

He also warned of future attacks and threatened to leak the phone numbers of tens of thousands of Saudi citizens. Mr. Hamza dismissed any attempts by the government to discredit the data, accusing them of incompetence and misinformation.

These allegations, if true, signal a significant cyber threat to Saudi Arabia’s key institutions. However, official sources have not confirmed the claims yet.
