In a post on a dark web forum, a threat actor operating under the alias “@Satanic” claimed responsibility for breaching the Mexican electronics retailer, MiPC Mexico. The alleged breach has led to the exposure of a vast amount of sensitive customer and order information.

The post announces the availability of the so-called “MiPC Mexico Database,” which the threat actor claims contains details of over 194,000 orders and 79,000 customers.

According to the forum post, this data includes personal customer information such as identification numbers, names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, birthdates, and even sensitive tax information such as RFC or VAT numbers.

Additionally, the data appears to encompass a wide range of details tied to customer orders, including order dates, billing and shipping addresses, payment methods, and the total value of purchases.
